So if no one is responsible and it affects us all, do we continue in pointing the finger at each other while contagion thrives, finance tumbles, wars ravage and the planet croaks?
This program will concentrate on the commons or the public good, and the show will highlight the 8 rules that Economics Nobel prize laureate Elinor Ostrom devised.
