Any notebook will do. Nothing special is required. We will begin a daily journaling practice —
simple, consistent, and private. You might know it as morning pages. Practically speaking, it means this: you write first thing in the morning, if possible three pages, by hand without censoring without rereading without trying to make it good It’s not a diary.
It’s not meant to be shared.
It’s not about outcome.
