Since last week’s snowstorm, something has shifted. The thaw has begun. Water is moving again.

And we are still here — in Chapter Two. Recovering a Sense of Identity.
Under the element of Water. Under the yogic lens of SATYA — truthfulness.

This year, we are walking a long path together. A year-long unfolding into the SOUL ARTist Way. Morning Pages. Affirmations.
Contemplations. Small daily acts of devotion that slowly return us to ourselves.

This weekly gathering is our golden thread. A place to tune in.
An anchor in the current. A companionship in the in-between.
A shared playlist for the inner journey. A reminder that you are not walking alone.

Today we ask: What in me is essence — and what is borrowed?
Which dreams melted into me like snow from someone else’s mountain?
Which roles have I wrapped around myself because they floated nearby?
What have I mistaken for “me” simply because it stayed long enough?

Water teaches us. It has no fixed shape.
It becomes the container, yet it is not the container.
It carries branches, rafts, reflections — yet none of them define it.

Life can move like a gentle stream.
Life can crash like a tidal wave. Sometimes it flows with us. Sometimes it flows against us.
